The Young Musicians Choral Orchestra™ (YMCO) proudly presents Musical Gumbo 2: “Flavors of the World” on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 8:00 PM at the iconic Yoshi's Jazz Club. This unforgettable evening will feature performances by our dynamic Jazz Big Band, innovative Student Composers, and high-energy R&B Ensemble. YMCO students ages 8–18 will take audiences on an inspiring musical adventure, exploring rhythms, melodies, and traditions from cultures around the world.​ From soulful grooves to global jazz fusion influences, Musical Gumbo 2 blends diverse musical “flavors” into one powerful performance — guaranteed to engage your body, expand your mind, and lift your spirits.

 YMCO is a nonprofit youth development organization dedicated to advancing lives through focusing on Academics, Musicianship and Civility. This special concert also serves as a benefit to support our youth development programs. Proceeds help provide access to high-quality music education, mentorship, and performance opportunities for young musicians in our community. We invite supporters to help us reach our $15,000 fundraising goal and pack the house for this extraordinary night.
